Good morning families,
As part of our upcoming Easter celebrations, Prep students will be participating in our annual Easter Bonnet Parade on Monday 28 March at 9am. Students will wear their bonnets and parade for Prep families, as well as performing various festive songs. The parade will be held in the New Hall and families are welcome to attend.
Students will make rabbit ears in class which can be worn at the parade, however, if you are feeling inspired, you are welcome to help your child create their very own bonnet at home! We thought it may be fun for parents to get involved in this project with the children, which gives them the option to choose the design they like most on the day. It could be a traditional bonnet, baseball cap, or your child’s favourite dressing up hat.
We request children bring in their finished bonnets to class on the morning of the parade. We look forward to seeing all their creations!
