Good afternoon families,
As part of our end-of-year preparations, we will be clearing out the storage space underneath the Library (next to the Fete Room) on Wednesday 30 November.
Once this area is emptied, we plan to make use of any items we can within our school space first, then will offer items to families in the Sherwood State School community.
There will be preloved office chairs, teacher desks, filing cabinets, student chairs, student desks, coffee tables, and book racks that can be taken for use at home (if not needed by the school).
If you'd like to assist us on the day and could use any of these items, please join us in the Quadrangle from 11.45am on the day. We anticipate you'll be able to collect any leftover items by 12.45pm and we hope to have anything which cannot be saved loaded into the skip by 1.30pm.
Please wear appropriate clothing, closed in shoes and bring your own gloves if you wish to wear them.
