As we continue to update our processes in an effort to simplify things for all involved, in 2023 we ask parents to use BPOINT as the preferred payment option.
BPOINT is used across all Department of Education schools, and has always been an available option for payment. Below are some easy-to-follow instructions about how to pay using the BPOINT link in the bottom left-hand corner of the invoice when it is received to your email: https://bit.ly/3DFhbke For future reference, these instructions can be found on our school website under Support and Resources >> Payments.
You can also visit the school office to make EFTPOS payments on weekdays between 8.30am - 3.30pm. Unfortunately, we cannot take payment over the phone.
You will have noticed we are moving away from the Qkr! app in 2023 for school activities, including excursions, as we prepare to adopt the more widely-used QParents app in Term 2. We will be in touch with you closer to the time when we would like you to download this app. This platform will allow for you to access your child's report card, NAPLAN results, advise absentees, access outstanding invoices and allow for you to electronically sign.
Please note, the Qkr! app is still used for P&C activities including tuckshop, uniform shop, fundraising and fete activities, as well as donations to the Student Welfare Fund.
